Life moves fast and Mina is struggling to keep up. Her mom is away working until late at night, leaving her to juggle taking care of her little brother and the house, and her school work on her own. The only respite Mina really has is time spent with her childhood friend, Cammie, who she’s harbored feelings toward for some time now. She wants to confess to Cammie but is afraid of ruining their friendship. But Cammie’s planning on going off to college while Mina’s stuck in their little hometown. Frustration is boiling over between her and her mom. She’s not sure what to do as her life starts to fall apart around her. Mina goes through each day desperately hoping, wanting, for everything to turn out fine if she keeps working hard enough. But will it?
